Art: Creative Portraits

It's been a while since I've added much to this blog, but I wanted to share with you something my dad and I are thinking of doing together. He's an amazing photographer, and if you watch this blog sometimes, you know I like to manipulate photos and work with digital art. We were thinking of bringing in some extra income by working together to create some artful keepsake photos for your children, friends, spouses, or whomever you like to see worked up into a unique portrait. We haven't figured out pricing yet, but I wanted to find out what kind of interest there was for this.

Some of the work will be fantasy, some beautiful, garden settings, some exciting dreamy wintry Christmas settings, so on and so forth. Much of it will come from the imagination of Dad and I. Please let us know if you are interested. We'll go from there.
Thanks so much,
Jenny

***Click here to see one of my pieces as an example. It's on the Flickr site, not this blog. The model in this picture is a real person, manipulated to fit into a fantasy world. The horse, and other things I've added as part of the image concept that I had for her. Just below the picture is the original photo. This demonstrates one idea of photo- portrait manipulation, of many possibilities.***
